Every stock we keep on the floor at our Portland workroom — organized by family, bench-tested against the Pantone library, and backed by a 99.2% written color-match guarantee.
StitchArt Studio's thread floor holds 184 GOTS-certified organic and recycled threads in Madeira, Coats, and Robison-Anton cones — every one of them mapped against the Pantone library by our 11 in-house digitizers. Procurement teams, brand managers, and creative directors use this page to confirm that a specific house color or Pantone reference resolves to a stocked thread, which means a faster quote, a 7-business-day turnaround, and the protection of our 99.2% written color-match guarantee.
Filter by color family, search by Pantone code, or jump straight to the closest stock threads in a given range. Every swatch shows its stock code, fiber content, and closest Pantone reference; hovering reveals its companion spools in the same family.

“If the thread we ship doesn't land within 99.2% of the Pantone reference your quote was written against, we pay for the embroidery, the blanks, and 100% on top — in writing, on every quote, since 2014.”
Two paths. For orders of 250+ units we can run a custom dye-lot match to your Pantone, TPX, or physical swatch in 14–18 business days. For orders below 250, our digitizers identify the closest stocked match, document the ΔE in your quote, and you sign off before production. Either way, the 99.2% guarantee covers the final result.
All 184 stocks are GOTS-certified organic or recycled fibers dye-locked to ISO 105-C06 wash-fastness standards — color shift is <5% ΔE after 30 home wash cycles on cold. We include a per-thread care card with every shipment that documents the rating for your specific stock codes.
Every stock thread is Global Organic Textile Standard certified end-to-end: organic fiber cultivation, low-impact dye process, and controlled manufacturing. The certification is renewed annually by Control Union and the certificate number is listed in our quarterly compliance packet, free on request.
Submit your artwork plus your color targets through the form on this page or our quote form. A senior digitizer returns a watermarked digital proof with thread-code callouts and Pantone references within 4 business hours during US-Pacific operating hours. You sign off in writing. No deposit is taken before that sign-off.
50 pieces per design per garment — the lowest minimum in the custom embroidery industry, and roughly one-third of what most decorators require. Quantities up to 5,000 units run on our 22-head Tajima floor in Portland with a 7-business-day standard turnaround.
