Each step has a named owner inside our Portland workroom. If a step slips, the same person who promised it is accountable for fixing it.

01Upload artwork
Send an .ai, .svg, .pdf, or high-resolution raster. Anything you have. Our intake desk logs every file in under fifteen minutes during US business hours and replies with a project number, a yardage estimate, and the name of your account manager.

02Digitize
A master digitizer translates your flat artwork into a stitch file — underlay, pull compensation, satin vs. fill decisions, thread direction. Our eleven in-house digitizers average fourteen years of embroidery experience and own their files start to finish.
Digitizer: Tomás Reidel · 16 yrs experience

03Proof in under 4 hours
A physical sew-out is photographed and emailed alongside a digital mock. You approve, request a revision, or swap thread colors. Most proofs land in the client's inbox within two business hours during US business days — well inside our four-hour promise.

04Ship in 7 business days
Once approved, twenty-two industrial Tajima heads run your job in parallel. Finished garments are inspected, poly-bagged, and shipped via your nominated carrier. Standard turnaround on orders up to 1,000 units is seven business days — 38% faster than the industry average of 11.3 days.

From the sample room
“Color matching is where most shops lose a client's trust forever. We buy every thread on a swatch card from the same dye lot, run a control sew-out before every production run, and we photograph the proof under the same light box every time so what you approve is what shows up in the box.”

Before you submit
Four questions procurement teams ask before they request a quote.
What artwork specs do you need to start?
Vector preferred (.ai, .svg, .eps, or .pdf). High-resolution raster works (.png or .jpg at 300 dpi+). We'll redraw small bits if a logo is locked at low res — no charge, no delay. If you only have a photograph of a logo on a shirt, send that too; we'll work from it.
How many revisions are included with the proof?
Two rounds of revisions are bundled with every quote — color swaps, size adjustments, layout shifts, or a fresh digitizing pass if the thread direction needs rethinking. Most proofs require zero or one revision; we keep the second round in case the brand owner wants to weigh in after the buyer has approved.
Can you rush an order under 7 business days?
Yes, with caveats. Rush windows of 5 business days are available on orders under 500 units when the production calendar allows. Anything tighter, or any order above 2,000 units, gets a written confirmation from the floor lead before we promise it — no verbal rushes. Rush fees start at 18% of the order value and are quoted line-by-line.
Where do your threads come from, and can I supply my own?
We stock Madeira and Robison-Anton polyneon in 184 colors, plus a GOTS-certified organic cotton and a recycled PET option for brands with a materials brief. Client-supplied thread is welcome for exact brand matches, but we won't run a color we can't warranty — if it fails tension or color-fastness, that's your reputation on the garment.
Still have a question?
Your account manager replies to every email within four business hours during US business days. Or skip the back-and-forth and submit a quote request — we can answer specifics alongside the price.
