Pre-flight
A complete first submission gets a written quote back inside four business hours. These five cells are the studio's intake checklist — gather them once and the rest is on us.
.AI, .EPS, or .SVG preferred — these let our digitizers re-trace your artwork onto stitch paths without losing sharpness. High-resolution .PNG (300 dpi at finished size) is acceptable for simpler marks. Photos and screenshots of logos will be sent back for redraw.

Pantone Solid Coated numbers, hex values, or a physical swatch mailed to the studio. We stock 184 GOTS-certified thread colors and match to within 99.2% — backed in writing up to 200% of order value.
Where on the garment (left-chest, full-back, sleeve, cap crown, hem) and the finished dimensions in inches. A napkin sketch or marked-up mockup is fine.
Brand and style number (e.g. Port & Company PC54), color, and the per-size breakdown. We decorate blanks you supply or source; we don't cut and sew.
The studio's minimum is 50 decorated pieces — the lowest in the industry, where most decorators start at 144. Tell us the total quantity and the per-size split (S/M/L/XL/2XL etc.) and we'll calculate a per-unit price across the run.
After you submit
Briefs land in a shared inbox read by three account managers — not a queue. By the end of the next US business hour, one of us has read your submission, opened a job ticket, and emailed you back with either a written quote or two clarifying questions.
Once the quote is approved, our digitizing team (eleven master digitizers, fourteen-year average tenure) produces a free stitch proof in under four business hours during US business days — emailed as a PDF with thread-color callouts, placement dimensions, and a sewn-out swatch shipped same-day on request. Production runs on twenty-two Tajima TFMX-II heads at 1,200 stitches per minute with 0.04mm placement accuracy; standard turnaround is seven business days on orders up to 1,000 units, which is 38% faster than the eleven-day industry average.
