A master digitizer returns a sew-out proof rendered on your chosen blank, with thread color matches called out by Pantone reference. No charge.
Your design is digitized in-house by one of 11 master digitizers averaging 14 years of embroidery experience, then sewn as a physical strike-off for sign-off.
Production runs across 22 industrial Tajima TFMX-II heads at 1,200 stitches per minute and 0.04mm placement accuracy. Ships with a 99.4% on-time delivery record.
